Appointments:

  • We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment to accommodate other guests.

Children:

  • To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, we request that children only accompany adult clients if they are receiving services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Service/Product Guarantee:

  • We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 5 days your service so we can make it right.

  • We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges for products of equal value. We do not provide refunds for products. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to initiate an exchange.

Payment:

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo ,and Apple Pay.

  • Gratuities are appreciated and may be given directly to your service provider.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or products.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
